SUGGESTED USE:

Sublingual Use:

• 10 drops under the tongue and wait for 30 minutes, repeat if desired effects aren’t achieved. Take the tincture 2-3 times daily.

Topical use:

• Put like 3 to 5 drops on your hand and rub directly on the part of your body that’s bothering you. Wait 15 to 20 min and see how you feel repeat if desired effects aren’t achieved.
